“There really is energy coming through the planet.

So much about our stress is our focus. If you take your focus off your problems and put it on your feet. Get grounded on the earth. There are opportunities to feel better if we move into a state of being simply by directing our attention to our feet. It sounds like a joke, but it’s true.

If you switch the awareness to the balls or bottoms of your feet. Do it. It will be fun.

As we move our attention to all those spaces on our feet, you can really feel this connection and energy through our feet. The last thing you do if you practice this technique, is worry about your troubles. Some people have more earth energy and are more grounded than others, but if you practice, and become more aware of your own life, remember the body. Feel the feet.
