I have been working with the Abraham teaching(and many others) for 20+ years, I have learned many, many beautiful things that have enhanced my life in ways I had never even dreamed of before. I am happier than I have ever been. The practice of gratitude and appreciation is at the core of my daily intentions for the day, every single day and has been for many years. So much so, I wrote a book about it. You can see more about that here: The Living Gratitude
A newer daily practice for me over the last 5 years or so is “Telling a New Story”, this is one of the simplest, easiest and most fun practices, I have ever explored and practised. Since I am such a “Solutions” based person, this practice became very natural once I started working with it more often. Whenever I see something I do not want, do not like, instead of complaining, getting frustrated, annoyed, etc. I simply start focusing my imagination, have a quick visualization of what it would be like to experience what I do want.
Wow, this has made a huge difference in my daily life, and I go into many details of how, and why, and the way I incorporate this practice in this podcast: Abraham Hicks: Tell a New Story
Imagining My Favorite Things and People Right Now, In fact, I’m imagining you listening to this podcast and receiving an amazing experience from it!
Big Love,
Matt.
