Our inner voice is there. The question is, are we taking the time to really listen to it. What we often don’t realize is the ego in our lives will completely steamroll the intuition we all have, and it just wants to get the job done. It’s focused on action. It’s important to take time, literally for a minute or two, to listen to what that inner voice is telling us. It is essential to our happiness.
Do your best to feel the body and relax. Begin to notice subtle things that may be moving through you right now. Do you ever see a vision? Out of the blue? Do you suddenly want to call someone? Connect with your inner voice. If you do this exercise, you will get used to getting grounded and listening the intuition and you will not want to do without it.
