“To have faith is to trust yourself to the water. When you swim you don’t grab hold of the water, because if you do you will sink and drown. Instead you relax, and float.”
– Alan Watts

Faith is a tough topic for some people and I understand why that is. Our fears and doubts can loom big at times. However, I’ve found that Focusing on Faith only makes it stronger. An Active Faith Practice has absolutely changed my life for the better. It doesn’t mean that I never have doubt or fear, because I definitely do, just no where near as much as I used to have. Practicing faith has increased my confidence, helped relax me, allow me to let go, trust and simply take one step at a time with my eyes focused on the goal at hand.

I discuss all of this and more in the latest podcast: http://mattogradycoaching.com/podcast-show/

Whats your faith practice like? is it part of your daily ritual?
