I am humbled by my first ‘professional article’ that was accepted to: The Positive Psychology Program on the subject of The Science of Gratitude. It feels almost surreal, yet I have envisioned this type of opportunity along with my first book, Living Gratitude: A Simple Path to Happiness, and my first book signing which is coming up in a few months, hosting my first meditation retreat which is the first wknd in June, and many more I wont take the time to list here. The point is, I had an idea, I had a dream, and I simply started taking steps towards that dream with the practice of Gratitude leading the way. Now, mainstream science is catching up with the ‘Gratitude Miracle’. How great is that? Makes me very happy. A practice I have been exploring, discussing, practicing for over 20 years has now been proven to help with:
Decrease Anxiety and Depression
